Our beautiful townhouse at 5 Mill Lane in Ski Bowl Village at Gore Mountain offers the only ski-in/ski-out access to Gore Mountain Ski Area. The townhouse is a short walk, ski or snowmobile ride to Gore’s Hudson Triple Chair Lift. From there all of Gore Mountain is at your disposal. On weekends and holiday weeks you can ski, snowboard and cross country under the lights at the Ski Bowl until 9pm. There is plenty of room for up to 8 overnight guests.
After a full day on the slopes, you can relax in consummate luxury by the fireplace or at the great outdoor fire pit. The interior appointments are tastefully done in the Adirondack style with an emphasis on warmth and comfort. You will love staying at this beautiful home!
Guest access
The Townhouse has ample parking for guests. It comfortably sleeps up to 8. Bring your cross country skis, snow shoes, ice skates, downhill skis and backcountry skis. All varieties of snow sports are accessible from the Townhouse. In addition to Gore’s downhill and Nordic trails, there are miles of marked backcountry trails literally at the home’s back door.
Interaction with guests
We are always available by phone to answer questions and help. We are very often here on site at another townhouse just seconds away if you need us.
Getting around
Walk or drive to the charming Adirondack Hamlet of North Creek for dining and shopping. Shuttle bus is available between Ski Bowl and Gore Base Area and Town of North Creek.

Ski home from Hudson Trail, Ski Bowl Glades and Village trails.

For after-dark fun the Village Chair and the terrain park, half pipe and Ski / Boarder Cross course are open until 9pm on weekends and holiday weeks.
Pricing and Availability
The rental rate is $900 per night plus 7.5% in Warren County Occupancy Tax and fees (you will see the all-inclusive rate of $969.00 on the Booking Calendar) with a 3 nights minimum stay.
